When will I receive my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, and courier should last between 5-7 working days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We do our best to process and ship our orders as quickly as possible, so please email us right away (at info@holamilo.com) if a change needs to be made. If we're able to catch it in time, we can update your order! If your change was not captured in time, we offer exchanges or returns.

What can I do if my order is damaged?

Should your order happen to arrive in a damaged condition, kindly reach out to us via email at info@holamilo.com. We would be more than willing to explore the possibility of arranging a replacement for your order. However, it is important to note that if we determine the damage is a result of neglect, we unfortunately won't be able to provide a refund or replacement. To facilitate this process, we kindly request that you notify us of any damage to your item promptly upon receipt. Please be aware that if such issues are not reported within 5 days of the item's arrival, we retain the right to decline a replacement.

International Customers

If you are purchasing an item to be shipped out of the European Union, you may be charged customs fees and additional taxes. Please note that Hola Milo can take no responsibility for any customs charges applied to your order. 

How can I find the right size for my dog?

To determine the appropriate size for your dog, you can measure your dog and consult our numeric size guide for our recommended size. Both of these guides are accessible through our size guide page.

What if my dog is in between two sizes?

If you are in between sizes, go with the larger size. We also recommend prioritizing the chest measurement.
